Contractual insurance companies

CZ Clinic has a contract for the provision of one-day care in the fields of orthopedics and gynecology with the Czech Industrial Health Insurance (205), the General Health Insurance (111), the Military Health Insurance (201), the Health Insurance of the Ministry of the Interior (211), the District Brotherhood Health Insurance (213) and the Specialized Health Insurance (207). Clients of other insurance companies can be operated on at CZ Clinic only for direct payment of the care provided.

Operating fee price list:

  • Superior (single) room500 CZK
  • Accommodation until the afternoon1,000 CZK
  • Accommodation until the next day2,000 CZK

(unlimited liquids, dinner, breakfast)

A graft from a tissue bank is conditional on the use of the PRP ANGEL system: CZK 8,000 (not covered by public health insurance).

AutoCart is conditional on the use of the ACP system: 8,000 CZK (not covered by public health insurance).

Intraoperative or postoperative application of ACP in orthopedic procedures (anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, meniscus transplantation, treatment of cartilage defects after fresh injury - see www.orthoma.cz) - is only a complementary therapy for patients. The price of one application is 3,500 CZK.

Price list for services for patients of non-contractual insurance companies and self-payers

Orthopedics (anesthesia, surgery, postoperative supervision):

  • Simple arthroscopy (knee/shoulder - without implant)15,000 CZK
  • Reconstructive arthroscopy (ligament plastic surgery, shoulder surgery using an implant)48,000 CZK
  • Tissue bank graft (for ACL replasties where it is not covered by insurance)20,000 CZK
